Christmas happyness!

Hi everybody! Marry Christmas to everyone!! How is going your holidays? Mine is perfect despite the fact that i caught a cold and have to drink lot of tea and medicines ;/ So anyway , didi your Santa Claus was generous for you? Because mine was so! Shareing some gifts with you !

Let the vocation begin!

Finally! I was waiting for this week since after first week in school ! No early mornings, o school , no homeworks! I will do wahetever I WANT - chilling,dancing , writting a blog (yes yes ,havent done it for years) and just having a good week! Hooray for fall vocations!

Egle in the kitchen : pasta bake with chanterelles

Grandma gave me one jar of chanterelles ,so I thatght that I need to cook something. So today I'm presenting you.. Pasta bake with chanterelles!

You will need :
300 g of  your favorite pasta
2 eggs
handful of chanterelles
2 tea spoons of potato starch
2 tablespoons of sour cream or mayonnaise
 250g cheese
half of average onion
1 small garlic
100g of ham
250 ml milk
salt
ground pepper
and other  your favorite spices

Boil pasta. While pasta is boiling , slice onion ,garlic and ham and bake it in pan after few minutes put all chanterelles and bake everything about 5 minutes. Mix eggs,a half of cheese, milk,sour cream or mayonnaise ,potato starch and spices together. So ,when you have everything done , put it in baking tin (mix everything) ,put rest of the cheese and decorate with parsley,dill if you want. Than put in the oven and bake for about 20 mins in 200º C.
